Goals & Plans

Andrea’s 2014

Daily Goals:

  • 2 – 1 mile walks per day, during breaks and lunches
  • <50 g carbs  in January (detox)
  • 1 – 10 minute yoga meditation with positive affirmations
  • By January 1, 2015: have lost 10-12# and 10% body fat

Weekly Goals:

  • 2-3 days yoga / 2-3 CrossFit days lifting / 1 day OFF
  • Work on my blog
  • Work on nutritional training education/business ideas

Monthly Goals:

  • Pay $1500 on student loans/debt
  • Spend <$1000
  • Listen to one Audible.com book per month
